Practice Health provides services in good faith. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or programs, except where prohibited by law.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, and digital programs, is the property of Practice Health and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Payments & Refunds
Practice Health Hub:
Membership is billed at $27.50/month or $275/year.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Members may cancel at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
Refunds are provided for unused membership time if cancellation occurs mid‑cycle.
The “100% Risk‑Free Membership Guarantee” applies: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for unused membership time.
Longevity Concierge Blueprint:
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected. Payment plans may include an additional service fee.
An initial onboarding fee is non‑refundable.
The remaining balance may be refunded or credited toward future services if cancellation occurs after the onboarding and initial strategy session (“Fair‑Start Guarantee”).
Once services have commenced beyond the initial session, payments are non‑refundable except where explicitly stated.
Guarantees focus on clarity and confidence in health decision‑making, not medical outcomes.

These Terms are intended to be applicable worldwide and do not restrict any rights granted by local laws.
